Brewers Jeremy and Ben have been friends since high school.  What started as a taste for beer evolved slowly into a brewing passion in 2019.  Both partners had contemplated brewing for several years, but finally created their first brew as part of a local homebrew club that winter.  It was then that both agreed they wanted to more freely share their quality brews outside of just friends and family and hence Nicolet Ale Works was formed!

Jeremy and Ben are proud of their German heritage and deep roots in the Midwest — specifically in Wisconsin.  Wisconsin is known for its rich brewing history throughout the state and Nicolet Ale Works is excited to keep that spirit alive! Prost!
